Grand Ratchapruek Hotel

The location was excellent for us; as it was a short distance along the road to the wedding venue that we were attending. It is on an incredibly busy road and hence we asked to move to a room at the rear of the hotel. The receptionist soon arranged this for us for a further £10....a small amount of money well spent!! The staff were very attentive & courteous. We had some kind waitresses at breakfast who did their very best to feed us! It served us well for a 2 night stop.

Better than expected from the reviews and very good value for money. Breakfast was good - though mainly Thai options - yogurt and a wider fruit choice and would make it better

I had reserved a room in advance about 7 months. But when I arrived, the staff told me that no single room was available and he offered me to pay for suite room. This fault was not okayyyyyy and that made me feel disappointed and angry. However, in final, the staff had to accept and let me stay in suite room with the same price as single room. About the room, the suite room was so clean [like no one ever use this room before] and full of facilities but I had no chance to use it because I had to make an early ckeck-out.
